This vision is based upon the Great Commission, Joshua chapter 3, Joel 1:14 and other important scriptures in the Word.
In order for a vision of a visitation of God to become a reality, we must quickly move into unity.
In John 17, Jesus cries out to his Father his desire that we are all one:
18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth. 20 "I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.
The people of Colorado Springs will declare that Jesus is Lord only when they see the City Church unified! This cannot happen if we are not in relationship. Relationship only happens as we spend time together. Love each other. Serve each other. Challenge each other. Encourage each other. Pray together.
We are calling every pastor and church leader of every Christian church in the city to come together with us every Friday night for prayer. Simple yet powerful prayer. As you join other hungry pastors in the city in prayer for revival, local churches will become very healthy and ready to receive the harvest.
